Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before the work begins.

A calm, practical guide to how MylaEd works with schools.

Start with clarity.

Every engagement is shaped around the school’s context. These answers explain the principles that remain consistent.

01Do you work only with IB schools?

No. MylaEd supports schools working across international and national curricula. Every engagement is adapted to the school’s context, curriculum framework and priorities.

02Can we begin with a single workshop?

Yes. Some schools begin with a focused workshop, while others start with an audit or consultancy project. We’ll help you identify the most appropriate starting point.

03Do you work online?

Yes. MylaEd offers on-site, online and blended consultancy, coaching and professional learning.

04Do you guarantee accreditation or inspection outcomes?

No. MylaEd supports schools in strengthening systems, readiness and implementation. We do not award accreditation or guarantee inspection or programme-review outcomes.

05How long do projects usually take?

Every engagement is different. Following an initial conversation, we will recommend a realistic scope and timeline based on your school’s priorities.

06What happens after the first conversation?

If we believe MylaEd is the right fit, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, timelines and investment before any engagement begins.

07Are enquiries and school documents treated confidentially?

Yes. Enquiries and school materials are handled with professional discretion and used only for the agreed purpose. Any additional confidentiality requirements can be confirmed in writing before documents are shared.

08Are workshops tailored to our school?

Yes. Examples, activities and resources are adapted to the school’s curriculum, participant experience and intended outcome. The degree of customisation depends on the agreed scope and materials available.

09Are participants certified?

MylaEd may issue certificates of participation or completion where applicable. These do not imply external certification, accreditation or licensing.

10Does MylaEd take over a coordinator’s operational responsibilities?

No. MylaEd works alongside coordinators and leaders to strengthen clarity, systems and internal capability. Operational ownership remains with the school.

11Can support be delivered across multiple campuses?

Yes. Multi-campus support can be scoped around shared priorities, local differences, leadership structures and the practical requirements of on-site, online or blended delivery.

12What is excluded from a Strategic Partnership?

A Strategic Partnership does not replace the school’s leadership or operational roles, guarantee inspection or accreditation outcomes, or include unlimited unscheduled work. Scope, access, responsibilities and exclusions are agreed before the engagement begins.
