Shomaila Shamrez, M.Ed.
Founder & Principal ConsultantShomaila works from inside the realities of curriculum, assessment, school improvement and the leadership needed to hold them together.
Her experience includes developing curriculum and assessment systems, supporting programme readiness, coaching coordinators and leaders, and designing professional learning that strengthens implementation.
After years of working within schools, she founded MylaEd to help leaders build practical systems that continue to strengthen practice long after individual initiatives have ended.
